Mumbai, Jan 31 The third indigenously-built diesel-electric Scorpene-class submarine, INS Karanj, was launched at the Mazagaon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) here on Wednesday morning by Reena Lanba, wife of the Indian Navy chief, Admiral Sunil Lanba.
