TDS, TCS provision for government, e-commerce operators postponed

Maharashtra starts rating industries by emissions

The programme uses smoke-stack emissions data that MPCB is already collecting. But since sampling results are not very comprehensible to the general public, the MPCB is turning these pollution readings into an easy-to-understand Star Rating.

Bank credit rose to Rs 69 lakh crore by 2014-15

Mumbai, June 25 (IANS) Bank credit in India has grown exponentially in the past 25 years with total outstanding credit rising to Rs 68,78,500 crore from Rs 1,04,300 crore between 1990 and 2015, according to the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) latest state-wise credit data.
